Raw cooking to strengthen your immune system

Raw foods are packed with enzymes and nutrients, as a result they will boost up your energy ! Even if you don't want to follow a fully raw vegan diet these dishes are great for a detox day or when you need a light meal. Raw food is packed with vitamin B & C and antioxidants - so important for our wellbeing and immune system.

Healthy Desserts

Desserts don't have to be high sugar/empty calorie detours from a healthy diet. When you choose desserts containing fruits and wholesome ingredients you get a dose of healthy antioxidants and fiber, which can help with brain health and cholesterol control.

Dessert can be a real hurdle in our healthy eating plans. We all want to enjoy a sweet treat without sabotaging our healthy eating. During this session you will learn how to make it possible. We will prepare :

  • high protein chocolate mousse

  • raw chocolate truffles 

  • banana high protein pancakes

Mid morning /
afternoon snacks

Even though snacking has developed a "bad image," snacks can be an
important part of your diet. They can provide energy in the middle of the
day. A healthy snack between meals can also decrease your hunger and
keep you from overeating at meal time.
A protein-rich afternoon snack may keep you from feeling sleepy.
We will prepare :

  • Cookie Dough Cashew Balls

  • Oil free hummus

  • Tofu Thai Balls

Sustainability on the
plate

The environmental impact of food production and dietary habits is
enormous. It is estimated that a third of global greenhouse gas (GHG)
emissions are generated by food production
Plant-based diets in comparison to meat-based diets are more sustainable
because they use substantially less natural resources.
After our workshop, participants will be able to link what they eat with
greenhouse gas emissions and their environmental footprint
We will show you how to prepare a sustainable plate :

  • Black Bean Burger

  • Smoky Lentils

  • Raw Cookie Balls

Breakfast to boost your energy

Breakfast is often called 'the most important meal of the day', and for good reason. As the name suggests, breakfast breaks the overnight fasting period. It replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness, while also providing other essential nutrients required for optimal productivity and effectiveness at work. 

The glucose found in most breakfasts is brain food. It's able to help get those neurons moving and allowing for quicker synapses so new information can be loaded, processed and stored.
