High protein (to keep you full), quick and easy breakfast dish. You wouldn't believe it's egg free and ready in less than 15 minutes. Ideal for those following whole foods plant based diet, as it can be prepared without oil. 

You can use any vegetables or spices to adjust to your own preferences. 

Ingredients for 1 person

✅ 40g besan/chickpea flour
✅80g silken tofu
✅2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
✅1 tablespoon vinegar
✅½ teaspoon baking powder
✅Black salt/ kala namak
✅80ml water

✅favourite veggies, herbs

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and let it rest for min 10 minutes
2.    Heat the non stick pan  Pour in the batter  to create a round cycle . Fry for 4 to 5 minutes and top doesn’t look runny
3.    Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes 
4.    You can add your favourite fillings and then fold it one side over to cover your filling
