Baked Vegan Cheesecake
850g hard tofu
150ml soya milk (or any other plant based milk)
60ml coconut oil
3 tablespoons of potato starch
Juice from a lemon
Juice from an orange
5 tablespoons of maple syrup
80g desiccated coconut
1. Preheat the oven to 160C
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth
3. Pour it to a baking form and bake for 60 min at 160C
